So my double rainbow tarptent was shredded by a bear in Silverton and now I must decide what to replace it with. Must have double door. Any suggestions?

I’m sitting with 3 other CDTsobo hikers at McDs in Grants, NM. The general opinion, based on your given info, is for you to repurchase the double rainbow while simultaniously taking an good, long, hard look at what you can do to make the new tent less delicious to bears. Ha,ha. It was empty except for a couple of stinky hiker z rests. I know the Micky Ds well. Love the Grants area. You guys have had a great hike. I read your journals (also Pipers) regularly. I had to leave for family emergency but will go back next year hopefully. Happy trails to you too!
