I’d like to take a moment and thank all of my AT “family” and friends for all the cards,letters,emails,gifts, and most of all,the friendships, you have bestowed on me over the last 5 years. OK – am I the only one who doesn’t know Rob Bird at the Birdcage? Please help me out here. I’ve hiked most of the southern AT to date, but I’m not familiar with him.

The Bird Cage is in Dalton, MA I believe. I didn’t stop by, but a lot of my friends did and said it rocked. They really enjoyed it.
