There’s all kinds of info on the SIA/IAT.

One good book is Alone in the Appalachians by Monique Dykstra. Excellent photos and writing.

The SIA/IAT website can tell you loads more: www.internationalat.org

There are even some journals on this website from folks who have hiked it.

One thing I’d like to know, does it continue contiguously on northward from the AT proper at Katahdin? Is it whiteblazed and marked just like the AT?
