I just noticed on trailplace.com that Dan “Wingfoot” Bruce’s “2002 Thru-hikers handbook” has finally been released for distribution to booksellers. I searched Amazon and it still wasn’t available this afternoon.

When he used to have the message board you would see this all the time. He now uses a print on demand system with his publisher which sometimes causes problems. Be patient, try again, or try talking to a human at a book store. I remember a guy in Kentucky ordering one while I was there one year. They told him the same thing, but he still got his because he told them to order it anyway.
