If you’re coming off knee rehab I suggest you take it slow.

No need to “kick up miles quickly.”

Let your body dictate the pace.

SOMEONE doesnt have an ounce of humor in their body. Great contribution to the topic…By the way.

I will be starting from Springer Mountain February 21st and expect to be at the Hiawassee Inn on February 27, weather permitting.

Ten miles per day sounds about right, but I am in no hurry at the start. It will take 3-4 weeks for a body to adapt. At that point you can think about going faster. If you have an injury you will have to slow down.

The trail will still be there.
