What is the word on tipping shuttle drivers? I use one shuttle service occasionally for hauling my bike, which has a standard fee. The same shuttle service hauls hikers as well. I have always found the drivers very corteous, knowledgeable, and informative on the area I am in. Any suggestions welcome.

i drive shuttles for hikers with my vehicle and bike shuttles for a company in town. i’m paid well. no need for tips. you’re paying good money for the service

better to offer and be refused than have them not pick up the next hiker, cause it could be me. I enjoy the stories of Trail angels, i.e. devils, screwing up hikers plans with rides to showers, beer, and food. “Blue Jay”, are you listening?
