Hello. I really want to section hike this summer about ~200 miles. My biggest difficulty currently is finding a way to get to Trout lake, where I’d like to begin. Hours on google / bing, etc and I’m still scratching my head. Can anyone provide me some leads?

If it’s public transit you want, the nearest you’ll get to Trout Lake is Carson, via Skamania Country Transit from Vancouver’s Fishers Landing Transit Center. You can, of course, get on the PCT a few miles north of Carson and hike from there. Otherwise, you’ll have to find a ride.
The next public transit north of there is Trailways bus to Stevens Pass. The Hound no longer stops at Snoqualmie Pass, and there’s no transit to the other road crossings.
