I have been searching for some type of transportation from the Atlanta airport to Springer Mt - or even to Dahlonega any suggestion's?

The AT Companion describes in detail all the options you have to get to Springer from the airport. Other Trail Guides probably also have the same information. You can also go to the Appalachian Trail Conference website and go to the PDF they have on Shuttles.

Thanks - I've been waiting on the new guides to come out and I also found a Hiker Hostel in Dahlonega that will pick me at the MARTA station and 1 night stay and a ride to Springer for about $80 which isn't to bad of a price
