Other than a rental car or a local friend who can drive you, how can one get from Denver airport to:

Breckenridge
Twin Lakes
Creede

I noticed that Greyhound stops at DIA, Salida, Silverton, and Durango.

My hiking partner needs to know.

Although far, a hitch from Durango to Creede is certainly doable. 90% of drivers leaving Durango are going to Pagosa Springs. 90% of the drivers leaving Pagosa Springs are going to South Fork. 99% of the drivers turning north at South Fork are going to Creede. Given the willingness of southern Coloradoans to pick up a hiker, it won’t likely take near as long as you might think.

Try the CME - Colorado Mountain Express. I’m pretty sure they go to Breck.

Many daily flights between Denver and Durango on United and Frontier. Sometimes you can get a deal if you reserve way in advance.
The Gunnison - Denver express bus stops at Poncha Springs, Buena Vista, and Jefferson and goes to DIA for about $35. Tickets from blackhillsstagelines.com
