What is the trout fishing like in south OR in June? Do I need a license? Is there much snow on the PCT on June 1?

I do not know the snow levels in southern Oregon in June not how good is the fishing. But I do know this, a license is definitely required. If you get caught without one expect to pay a big fine and have all your gear confiscated!
