howdy. to the extent of my knowledge, there are TWO t.d.'s in maine, only one i'm relatively familiar with. it's in gilead, me (not far from the AT/ gorham, nh area), off route 2 towards bethel, me. it's a fairly popular climbing site. been there eons ago, can't recall if there's a falls? google, perhaps? peace.

You are referring to Tumbledown Dick, in Gilead. When you mention Tumbledown to a Mainer, they'll likely assume you mean Tumbledown Mountain in Weld. The latter has a nice pond near the summit, and is also a rock climbing destination.
