Uncle Johnny’s is near a 4 lane (US19) which will take you to Interstate 181 then to I-81 at exit 57. I-81 is near Kingport, TN and I-181 is near Johnson City TN. It is approximately 35 miles between I-81 and Uncle Johnny’s
