Here is a long shot- just wondering if anyone has a gently used Rainbow Tarptent, or maybe Contrail that is just gathering dust and would be interested in selling.

Good luck with that one! Rainbows are rarely offerred fort sale; they’re that good.

For a while, after the Tarptent Moment came out, there were a lot of used Contrails on the market because everyone wanted the newer tent. I haven’t seen very many used Contrails for sale recently, though. Especially on Backpackinglight, you need to check their Gear Swap every few hours–items go that fast! You could also watch the “Buy and Sell Gear Here” section on the forum at www.backpacking.net.
