trying to find some info. on i believe it was heidi and hannah? i knew them as the vermonsters. they were twins and got their real trailnames later in the hike and i only did a section with em. does anyone know their trail names or hike with em? their hike started mid march 04.

I think this is who you are looking for. They did finish and I know they spent Thankgiving, errr, Trashgiving in Hanover.

buzzsaw, send me your email, and i will ask them to write you, or give you their emails if they allow me. when i met them they were wavering between “ben and jerry”, the “vermonsters”, and “the hobbits”. they eventually settled on the hobbits collectively, but individually, heidi hobbit wants to be known as “river otter” and holly hobbit wants to be known as “popeye”. btw, they summited katahdin 9/25, one day after i did. the 24th and 25th were big summit days. around a dozen summited the same day i did if i remember correctly, and about the same amount the next day.
