If anyone sees a hostel, home, etc., along the A-T that someone is giving up, I would be interested in taking it over. I’m an avid hiker, alittle old to hike the A-T all the way, but would love to assist those who do somewhere along the way. Please get in touch if you see some type of place becoming available along the way.

Last time I knew, Bruno had Hikers Paradise for sale in Gorham. Also, I believe that the Cabin in Andover has been for sale. Manchester Center can always use a good hostel. None there at present.
You might check what happened to Three Pines Hostel in VA.
If you want to ease into things before committing to buying a place, you might look into being the caretaker at Blackburn Trail Center or Bears Den.
