Check on Amazon.com for Wingfoot’s book, I saw the 2003 Ed. there already, you can buy it there cheap. He is already accepting orders for the 2004 Ed., $20.94 including shipping. (Amazon 2003 Ed. was about half that)

if you want GA/NC and some of TN/NC i would be glad to give em to ya. I just ordered a complete set, and if I can find the other map of Roan Highlands I can send you all of the first, what 350 miles. they are current to the best of my knowledge, GA is new and TN is one year old. cost me $50 at outfitters, but you could always help someone else along yer way too, as i know you already do.
