Water filter gravity bag

I was wondering what type of filter is used for this type of system. I have an MSR Miniworks and am trying to modify it to filter gravity-fed water rather than pumping. This idea of using gravity to filter water is not a new concept, but I’m not too sure which filters on the market can be adjusted to a gravity-fed system. More info in RAY’S book. Thanks to all.

The First Need Deluxe Portable Water Filter I owned in the '90s could be gravity fed. Its storage sack could hold water and be attached to the filter for gravity filtering.
