I am taking a group of kids on the AT in in New Jersey in a few weeks and was wondering how dependable the spring by the High Point Shelter is? It looks like this is around where we will stay that night and I do not want to be left with too limited water for the next day.

It’s raining today here in NJ, and has been raining cats and dogs off and on the past few weeks, so water won’t be a problem on your hike. Mud maybe, but definitely not water.
