									Can anyone report on the current status of the water sources between Davenport and Newfound Gap?

									The trail is snow covered for most of the distance.  Small snow melt creeks abound.  Of all the issues and challenges, finding good drinking water won't make the list.

									you should have no issues findinmg water in the GSMNP, all the water sources at the shelters should be overflowing if their not frozen, and their small springs abound between shelters. finding drinking water will not be an issue, staying warm will be.
