hey everyone i’m off the trail for a couple of days because of the down pours and flooding, my tent needs some water proofing work while i’m waiting this out. what would you say is the best spray to use and what seam sealer is the best?

If your tent is of regular material seam seal it with seam grip and you will never have to seam seal it again.
If your tent is Sil-nylon then you would need silnet made especially for Sil-nylon.
