Does anyone know where to find used expeditionary gear such as -20 below sleeping bag, expeditionary parka, mountaineering boots, crampons, ice axe, etc.?

I pick up much of my gear used on ebay, using the saved searched feature. You can create a search that includes all of your specifications and get an e-mail when someone lists an item that matches.
Gear Trade is pretty good too.

Might check at your local outfitters. Some times they get gear back to either rent out or sell on consignments.

If you are hike, climb, etc… in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, International Mountain Equipment in North Conway is worth a stop. They have a great consignment shop and also organize all manner of expeditions. http://www.ime-usa.com/ime/consignment/
