I have a pass for this year for a TH at another location. What i was wondering is i can still start the JMT at the Happy Isle TH. Any thoughts guys and gals.

If you get stopped at or near the trailhead by the rangers they will send you back to your correct trailhead. Once you are at a place where you can reasonably make a case that you started at the correct trailhead it will not matter.
