Anyone interested in Will Call, you will be happy to know that he is doing fine. I came across him at Peter Mountain’s shelter, Pa., yesterday afternoon, and he was in high spirits and loving every moment of the trail. Appears that he may be the first thru-hiker of the year passing by the area.

I ran into him last week in Virginia,heading to harpers…a few days out,then I stayed the night with Papa Bear a day or so behind Will. He made my night and a great end of a short 2 weeks on the trail,I believe he was gonna spend a few days resting in PA.There was a father dauter team Icremman + Optimistic I saw on St pattys though I think they skipped a few sections,they are 2-3 days in front of the others…GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!!:cheers
